Marathon Monday – Most Definitely

I most definitely just got home from a 13-hour work day.

I most definitely ate a full chicken burrito from Mi Pueblo for dinner.

I most definitely ate leftover Yogurtland for breakfast (dairy and fruit. Balanced meal. Sod off).

(I most definitely wanted a fun reason to say ‘Sod off.’)

 

I most definitely would have used all those excuses to crawl into bed and call it a night.

Instead, half marathon training begins today.

So I most definitely will be making my way over to the gym right now.

  1. I actually started a coaching group for some first time HM runners because I feel like everyone tries to follow the set plans and ends up either injured, frustrated or still full of questions! That being said galloway is great and I swear the Run Like A Mother ladies did a great job with their plans.

    1. That’s the one that I was considering! But I keep going back and forth between that and Higdon.
