Fun Facts Friday [3/28/14]

1) Happy Friday! After 5PM today, I will officially be on SPRING BREAK! Cancun, here I come.

2) I got to see this little munchkin one last time. He was sick on Wednesday and, since we have parent conferences all day Thursday and today, I thought I wasn’t going to get to see him which bummed me out. But, lucky for me, his mama dragged him to his conference. 🙂 I’m going to miss them. Even though it’s just a week.

3) On Wednesday, I ran outside for the first time in over a month and a half when I first got sick. That was LOVELY.

3) This week’s long run is 5 miles, but I think I may try to do that today because I’ll be on a plane to Cancun on Sunday.

4) I get to see Randy tomorrow! He’s coming up for the weekend and I get to see his face after SO LONG. (I guess it hasn’t been that long? I saw him in January. But it feels like forever).

5) I got my new Fitbit it in the mail. That’s some excellent customer service. I e-mailed them saying that my Fitbit one was defective and they shipped me a new one the very next day.

6) I drove up to SF to watch the Bruins lose yesterday. 🙁 That’s not the fun fact. The fun fact is that I discovered a new cute library in the Marina. I finished up some of my work up there and then spent an hour reading The Fault in Our Stars. I know it’s not our book club book, but it’s an e-book “on loan” from the library, so I have to read it before it expires. And I’ll have plenty of time to get book club reading done on the 6 hour flight to Cancun (gross!).
