February 2017 Goals

I’m back with my goals for the month!

Well, sort of.

I sat down to write goals and realized I needed better, more consistent habits to help me be more accountable for my overall goals. (So I don’t make the same mistake I made this month!)

I downloaded a ‘Habit Tracker’ template from Clementine Creative’s website and sat down to match up my “habits” with the goals I’d like to accomplish.

February Health Goals:

  • Eat less.
  • Sweat more.
  • Reduce my impulsive urge to go through the drive-thru for soda.
  • Meditate.

February Personal Goals:

  • Write more snail-mail.
  • Write in my journal.
  • Bring back my Happiness One-Sentence-A-Day book and use it daily.
  • Read. If only 10 pages a day.

February Blogging Goals:

  • Write extra posts this month to bank. (For days I’m too lazy to wake up at 4:30AM and write a decent blog post).
  • Sign up for more affiliate programs.
  • Update my old posts to include better keywords.
  • Set up Buffer to push out old posts.

Daily Habit Tracker

Hopefully, by tracking these habits daily, I’ll be more successful this month. Wish me luck!

Questions of the Day:

  • What are your February goals?
  • Do you have a habit tracker template you use?

  13. We share a few similar goals for month of February. I would definitely like to excersise more and to eat healthier. 🙂

  14. Hi, Divya. I use a big wall tracker. I made it in December to track my ‘going off of coffee’ goal. Well, that didn’t get past day 20. Coffee keeps me alert in order to work. ^_^

I still use the tracker, though. I use it for daily exercise, daily reading, and daily sitting. LOL, I know you’re probably like, “sitting?”. Meditative sitting. ^_^

I shared your post on StumbleUpon as I know I’ll want to follow up next month to see how you did.

    Have a lovely weekend,

  15. The tracker sheet looks incredible. I would like to believe I can benefit from one of these. Right now, I am at least tracking ideas, topics needing research, etc…in my planner. I hope to graduate to more formal system of organization eventually. Writing daily notes is a first step for me. I’m going to keep this post as a resource for later. Thanks for sharing this strategy!

  26. I think this is likely to help you a lot! Tracking habits daily helps keep you really conscious of what you’re doing with your time and how you’re managing the time you have each day. It doesn’t change things right away, but it does make you more mindful – or at least, it does for me. And that’s where the change comes from.
