Adora Calcium (AKA Chocolate) Giveaway!

My hubby actually just asked me to start helping HIM remember too – I set mine right beside my water bottle (jug) that I fill up for the next day…the first thing I do is down some water before I workout in the AM, so I keep my vitamins and whatnot right there and I keep hubbies right by the keurig so he has to remember before he fills his travel mug for work.

  2. I am horrible about taking vitamins. I never remember and a lot upset my stomach, so I need to time them right.

    I love Adora though. I was given some one time and was so good about taking my calcium then.

  3. I usually put them in a pill box like an old lady. Otherwise I forget! I always at least take my gummy multivitamin each day because they are so yummy.

  4. I’ve been out of the vitamin-taking routine for awhile and really need to get back to it. Lately I’ve just been leaving a bottle of multi vitamins on my desk and when I see it I take them. But when I’m doing good, I use those little vitamin boxes (1 for each time per day) to separate all my supplements and I take them when I eat a meal or have my morning coffee. I’ve also set reminders on my iPad.

  5. I take them in the morning and don’t forget because I’m still a kid at heart and they’re gummy vitamins, so it’s kinda like candy. 😛
