Remember when I was talking about taking pride in my newfound MINDFULNESS?
JK.
Can someone teach me how to be mindful in a crazy, always-moving, always-going work environment?
I ordered a trampoline on Amazon a few weeks ago for our kiddos that need movement breaks. I was wondering why it hadn’t arrived so I went online to track my order.
In my MINDLESS state, I had it sent to a saved address that my friend lived at YEARS ago. Now I don’t know who lives there. But I do know they are proud owners of a trampoline.
Fail.
Oh well. You live, you learn. Next week in meditation, our instructor will be talking about mindfulness and how to apply the skills we learn into our hectic lifestyles and not simply during meditation. I will be taking meticulous notes. (I know half of you are rolling your eyes because it seems so simple to just PAY ATTENTION. But it’s not. It’s hard for me).
Now, it’s time for some beer and Bruins.
Have a wonderful night! 🙂

I’ve done that before too! Except the old address was my mom’s house. Thankfully she didn’t steal anything. 😉

Oh That Sucks! I have moments of forgeting my address, but I blame moving so much. I’m sure this will happen in my future.

We did that just recently. (Or my in-laws did!) Have you contacted Amazon? Their customer service is pretty good and they might be able to help you.

Oh no! I agree that you should contact Amazon to see if they can do anything for you. If not, you’re no worse off.
I could use some meditation. I am usually seriously stressed and time challenged. I could really benefit from some mindfulness.
