Our friends, Jenn and Max, enrolled in the rest of the summer session for the preschool prep class we go to. Which is so FUN because we love spending time with them, but also because the four of us have now decided to adopt a new Tuesday tradition. (Only 4 more weeks, but still. We can carry this through some Fall sessions as well).
To get to the class, you have to pass Seneca Park and also the MCA Plaza (where they have a Farmers Market on Tuesdays). So, now, we’re going to go to the hour-long class, hang out at Seneca Park for a bit, and then pop into the Farmie on the way home.
Ishu and Max are about 6 months apart, but somehow it just works. When Ishu saw Max strollin’ in yesterday, he ran across the room, shouting, “MAX MAX MAX MAX,” and then proceeded to pick up some sea animals from the carpet to share with his buddy.
And Max loves “Shaan” and I just love their love so much.
Jenn passed off this book to me yesterday. I’m probably late to the party with this one, but excited to have my hands on it now. I mean, it’s fine being all over the place during these summer months and not really having any structure or routine. But, once work starts again, it’d be nice to feel a little more put together.
Have you read the book? I’m hoping it’s not like the Happiness Project where it gives me a few months of motivation and then teeters off. I need some real systemic change in this mom life of mine. Ha.
Happy Wednesday to you all!
