Oven-Roasted Chickpeas

Ingredients: 

One can of chickpeas

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 tablespoon salt

2 tablespoons garam masala

Directions: 

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.

Drain and rinse the chickpeas under running water.

Leave chickpeas to dry or pat dry with a paper towel.

Mix the chickpeas with olive oil and spread evenly on a cookie sheet.

Place in oven for 30-40 minutes. Shake/mix every 10 minutes so they don’t burn on one side!

Once they come out of the oven, toss with spices.
