Yesterday, I popped into Whole Foods to pick up a couple boxes of Mac and Cheese to have on hand. I threw them in the bottom of the stroller and then went to pick up Ishu from school.

We walked over to the park and then when he looked under the stroller to pull out his dump truck, he saw the three boxes of Annie’s and then proceeded to put them in the back of his toy and roll the thing around the park for an hour.

These mac and cheese boxes took a little tour around the park. From the sandbox to the top of the slide. They were the most popular toy yesterday.

Kids are weird.

Ishu’s still sleeping. He sleeps all night in his bed and then climbs into our bed when it’s light outside and sleeps for another hour more. He squishes his little body in between me and the pregnancy pillow (what he calls “his nest”) and, in doing so, wakes me up entirely.

Which is fine by me because I like the quiet mornings and I’m still getting some good sleep throughout the night (minus the waking up to pee a lot part).

Anyway, I heard the sound machine turn off so this little guy is awake.

I’ve got my last doctor’s appointment this afternoon. (Well, aside from the actual delivery part). And then we’re having Ishu’s teachers over for dinner!
