Good morning!
Hope everyone’s week is off to a great start! Mine has been fabulous since I’ve been cleared to stop taking the blood pressure medication I started a few weeks ago. Now that I’m back to somewhat of a routine, things are looking much better. I’m cooking more. I’m moving more. I’m happy more.
One of the biggest changes I’ve made is to incorporate more foods with nutritional value into my day-to-day diet. What a concept, I know. But it’s easy to do just the opposite. It’s much easier to rely on the junk that’s sitting on our table during professional development. It’s much easier to snack on something quick rather than something that needs prep.
Enter Kona Kase.
I was given the opportunity to review a Kona Kase box. There are a million and one subscription boxes out there. A million and one of these snack box concepts. So I was skeptical at first. What makes them any different?
And then I snacked on all the goodies throughout professional development. I found that I was eating things even more delicious than the KitKats on the table. With few ingredients and a ton of nutritional value. I also found that I still had energy to get my butt to the gym at 6PM when the day was over.
What’s even cooler about the box is that you get the opportunity to try new products that you wouldn’t otherwise find while grocery shopping. Remember these chia bars?
I’m obsessed. The person who invented the sample concept = brilliant. I quickly ordered a box of these from Amazon after tasting the bar through Kona Kase.
A subscription to Kona Kase is only $15 a month. Which I think is pretty worth it. I appreciate the samples because it allows me to know a product before I buy an entire box of it.
The people over at Kona Kase are offering ETB readers a $5 off coupon if you are interested in trying it out! Simply go to their website and enter “GIFTSUMMER” as the coupon code during checkout!
Performance. Fueled. Monthly.
Have a fabulous day!
