Heartbroken
From our school to yours – from our hearts to yours.
Words cannot express the sorrow…the anger…the emotions I’ve felt this week. I am so blessed and fortunate to return to my students each morning – to get the opportunity to hug them each day and tell them that I love them. It brings me to tears every.single.time. to think that there are others who don’t get that option.
I don’t have answers. I don’t understand why this continues to happen. I just know that my heart is broken.
To all the victims at Sandy Hook Elementary and their families and friends – you have our thoughts, our prayers, and our hearts.
It’s so hard to believe. So sick and sad over it all. No words.
