Snacks are an important part of a kid’s diet. A good snack should provide energy, should be healthy and should not lead to weight gain. Eating snacks with the right ratio of nutrients and with the right calories will help keep your kid’s body energized. Thus healthy snacks should become a part and parcel of your kid’s life.
Here is a list of five healthy snacks that you can try making for your kids. They are not only healthy but are also easy to put together.

- Take a bowl. Add this smoothie. Decorate it with chopped mango pieces. You can decorate it as per your imagination.

- Flip it. And cook it for another one minute.

My kiddo is pretty picky so I’m not sure what he’d think of some of these, but I wonder if I could get him to try the mango or the egg fried rice. I kind of want to try a couple of these for myself too!

These are great recipes! (Not sure my kids would eat the pancakes, though.) Both of my kids love plain fruit. If I don’t dress it up for them, they’re more likely to eat it!
