I need to get mine back out. I was so so so good at juicing consistently in the months/years after I watched “fat sick and nearly dead.”
Then I moved and packed everything up. And then I unpacked but did not unpack the juicer. I need to get back to it.

Reading all the benefits of juicing keeps me motivated. I’ve been on a green juice kick since our vacation to keep my ‘vacation belly’ aka flat, relaxed tummy. All the salad benefits without the bloat. Hooray for juice!

I don’t own a juicer but totally picked up a juice yesterday and it was so good! I pack my smoothies with nutrients but the juice yesterday reminded me that I need to pick them up more often because they are SO good!

I love juicing. I didn’t realize it was good for my hair although, that makes sense. I don’t eat as many vegetables as I should and juicing is a great way for me to ensure I get those in.

I try to juice once a week because it is soo good. I also like to make smoothies though to get more fiber, which always prevents a sugar spike like juicing can sometimes cause.

I have one of those incredibly expensive juicers and it makes me so angry that we have completely stopped juicing! Because it is so incredibly healthy for the digestive system to get its nutrients this way. Thanks so much for sharing this–I needed the reminder. I’m going to have to pick up some things at the grocery to get back into the habit 🙂
XOXO

Juicing is so good for the body and it also helps to balance your body’s PH levels and alkaline your body. I’ve been into juicing and got a Ninja, but I really wanted a Vitamix. I didn’t want to spend the money because the Vitamix is so much more expensie than other juicers. I kind of wished I would have just went with the Vitamix. I wonder if it liquifies veggies better? Not sure, but this is a great reminder that I need to start juicing again!

I’d rather drink water and eat whole fruits and veggies. Why waste the best part of produce (fiber) by creating juice, which is just glorified sugar water.

Studies show that people that use vegetable drinks in their diet do not gain weight as compared to those that do not do this. It is beneficial to those people that want to look slim and smart to use vegetable juice as a drink. Most vegetables have low calories and carbs. And also have a high content of water that is very beneficial to lose weight

Juicing can offer several potential health benefits when done in moderation and as part of a balanced diet. However, it’s essential to keep in mind that juicing should not replace whole fruits and vegetables in your diet entirely, as it may lack certain essential nutrients and fiber. fiber .
