Got a runner on your holiday list?
Are you frantically browsing the Internet looking for gift ideas for that person?
This guide is a list of things I’ve compiled for that devoted runner. Whether they’re a beginner or a marathoner, these gifts are sure to be both practical and thoughtful.
1) FlipBelt – Whether you’re running, walking, hiking, working out, etc., the FlipBelt allows you to enjoy your adventure worry-free and hands-free. I can’t even count the number of times I’ve been running on a trail and, all of a sudden, my phone flies out of my hand and SMASHES on to the floor. This is an absolute must-have if you don’t want to worry about where to put your things!
- I actually have 33% off discount codes to share with friends/family/followers! But I’m not allowed to publicize them on social media since we don’t want them to go viral on coupon sites. HOWEVER, if you are genuinely interested in purchasing one (which I highly recommend you do!), reach out at: eatteachblog[@]gmail[dot]com and I will hook you up with them.
- Also, if those run out, you can use this general discount code to get 10% off: Sweat10
2) PRO Compression Socks – These socks deliver MAXIMUM comfort and speedy recovery times. I didn’t believe it at first, but then I tried it and fell in love. Something about improved blood flow and stability? It also helps with swelling and inflammation! Whatever it is, it feels fantastic. (They are also GREAT to wear if you plan on getting on a long flight!)
- Enter the code PINK2 at check-out to receive a 40% discount! Be sure to use the code SOON. It’s only valid until December 15th!
3) Race Bib Coasters – An incredible and thoughtful gift for that person who tries to hoard all their race bibs and medals in a box somewhere in the back of the closet. Not to mention, they’re pretty affordable for being a customized gift!
4) Camelbak Quick Grip Podium Chill Bottle(21-Ounce/Zip Packet, Black) – Jen bought me this as a gift for my half marathon. It was the most useful thing ever. For starters, the water bottle is squishy and you can get a pretty good grip on it. And then the case on the outside is perfect for storing some salt packets and other small knick-knacks.
5) Race and/or Running Jewelry – After I ran the Nike Womens Half, I got one of the FINISHER necklaces! It was definitely an added perk, but I didn’t realize that this necklace would actually remain so meaningful for me. Every time I wear it, I’m reminded that I did something pretty damn special. This is an extremely thoughtful gift option and can be customized for any level of accomplishment! 🙂
I hope you find something fun for a runner in your life!
Question of the Day:
- Runners – what are some of your favorite running-related products you’ve received?
Disclaimer: Through my partnership with Sweat Pink, I received a pair of PRO Compression socks and a FlipBelt. All opinions are, of course, my own.
