Our kids have been up since 4am.

It’s currently 6am and we are huddled on the couch watching What Does the Fox Say?

What is even going on?

I don’t know.

Maybe their little nervous systems are dysregulated because they’re indirectly experiencing election anxiety. I don’t know. I don’t know.

We are here.

And we are feeling the anxiety.

November 5th.

Okay, well, today, we are going to keep ourselves busy and go to the farm. Pet some baby chicks. Plant some radish seeds.

Be with the babies.

Grateful we get to be here in CA with the fam today.
