I missed this post last week because I was off frolicking in the desert.

Spring break Confession: I indulged in all sorts of drinks and eats to celebrate ALL the things. So much so that I dipped into my ‘extra weekly’ points. I get 40 extra points that I could do whatever with over the course of the week (in addition to my daily points). Usually, I use a couple of them, but don’t go through them all. Last week, however, I used them all and then some. I was left with -112. (Yes, I used 152 extra points). Lucky for me, I only gained 0.4 pounds last week.
Spring Break Confession #2:
I’m engaged. I’m just putting it out there. In those words. Because, apparently, I’m very mysterious in my captions and Facebook posts. I’m marrying this crazy man and he’s stuck with my shenanigans for the REST OF HIS LIFE. Bahahaha.
And some other random confessions from the week…
- I bought roasted garlic from Whole Foods and dumped a whole bunch of them into my salad. I highly suggest this. Unless you enjoy being around people. They may not enjoy the smell that comes out of your pores.
- I also bought this Halo Top ice cream from Whole Foods, per Bhabhi’s suggestion. Somehow, the fact that the whole pint is 12 points makes it OK to eat straight from the tub. Right?
- We celebrated Emily’s birthday on Monday night. Shots of Patron were had. With a side of skinny girl margarita. On a Monday. #ForeverYoung
- I bought a huge metal steel bowl to make my salads in. They are really efficient. A mixing bowl AND a serving bowl. All in one.
